Weather & Cancellation Policy
We understand that weather can affect outdoor events, so we aim to be as fair and flexible as possible.
Customer Cancellations
- More than 7 days before the booking date: A full refund will be issued.
- Within 48 hours of the booking date due to adverse weather: A 50% refund will be issued.
- Less than 48 hours before the booking date: No refund will be available, as the inflatable has been reserved exclusively for your event and may have missed alternative hire opportunities, including indoor bookings.
Cancellations by Us
If we determine that weather conditions or other circumstances make it unsafe or unsuitable to proceed with the hire, we reserve the right to cancel the booking for safety reasons.
We recommend considering an indoor backup venue where possible to avoid disappointment.
