ALL INFLATED - BOUNCY CASTLE HIRE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking. By making a booking with All Inflated, you agree to the following terms.
1. Booking & Payment
1.1. A booking is only confirmed once the required booking fee/deposit has been received.
1.2. The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed date stated on your booking confirmation.
1.3. All Inflated reserves the right to cancel a booking where payment has not been received by the agreed deadline.
1.4. Bookings are not considered confirmed until payment has been received.
1.5. Prices quoted are based on the information provided at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply if access, delivery requirements or hire arrangements differ from those originally agreed.
2. Cancellation by the Customer
2.1. If you need to cancel your booking, please contact All Inflated as soon as possible.
2.2. Deposits/booking fees may be non-refundable where cancellation occurs after the booking has been confirmed, as the date and equipment may have been reserved specifically for you.
2.3. Where possible, All Inflated may offer the option to transfer your booking to another available date.
2.4. Any refund or transfer will be considered based on the circumstances, notice given and costs already incurred.
3. Weather Conditions
3.1. The safety of our customers, staff and equipment is our priority.
3.2. Inflatable equipment may not be operated in unsuitable weather conditions, including strong winds, thunderstorms, lightning or other conditions considered unsafe.
3.3. All Inflated reserves the right to cancel, postpone or collect an inflatable if weather conditions become unsafe.
3.4. Where a booking cannot safely go ahead due to weather, All Inflated will discuss the available options with the customer, which may include transferring the booking to another suitable date.
3.5. The final decision regarding whether an inflatable can safely operate rests with All Inflated or its authorised representative.
4. Customer Responsibilities
4.1. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the inflatable is used safely and in accordance with the instructions provided.
4.2. A responsible adult aged 18 or over must supervise the inflatable whenever it is in use.
4.3. The supervisor must ensure that children follow the safety rules and that inappropriate or dangerous behaviour is stopped immediately.
4.4. Children of significantly different ages or sizes should not use the inflatable together where doing so could create a safety risk.
4.5. The inflatable must not be overloaded. The maximum number of users and/or weight limits provided by All Inflated must be followed.
4.6. Shoes, glasses, jewellery and other sharp or potentially dangerous objects must be removed before entering the inflatable.
4.7. Food, drinks, chewing gum, silly string, confetti, face paints, party poppers and similar items must not be used on or inside the inflatable unless specifically authorised.
4.8. Users must not climb, hang from or sit on the walls, safety netting, entrance ramps or other parts of the inflatable not intended for climbing.
4.9. Pets must be kept away from the inflatable.
4.10. The inflatable must not be moved, altered, deflated or disconnected by the customer unless specifically instructed by All Inflated.
5. Damage to Equipment
5.1. The customer is responsible for looking after the equipment throughout the hire period.
5.2. Any damage caused through misuse, negligence, vandalism, failure to follow instructions or use of prohibited items may result in the customer being charged for the reasonable cost of repair or replacement.
5.3. Normal wear and tear will not be charged to the customer.
5.4. The customer must inform All Inflated as soon as reasonably possible if any damage, fault or problem occurs.
5.5. Customers must not attempt to repair, patch, clean or alter the inflatable themselves.
5.6. Where damage is identified after collection, All Inflated may provide photographs, inspection details or repair/replacement quotations where appropriate.
6. Installation & Collection
6.1. All Inflated will make reasonable efforts to deliver and collect equipment at the agreed times.
6.2. Delivery and collection times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, previous bookings, access issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
6.3. The customer must ensure that suitable access and a safe installation area are available.
6.4. The customer must inform All Inflated before delivery of any restricted access, steps, narrow gates, parking restrictions or other circumstances that may affect installation.
6.5. The inflatable must not be moved from the agreed installation position without prior permission.
6.6. If our equipment cannot be safely installed due to unsuitable access, ground conditions or other circumstances outside our control, the booking may be cancelled.
7. Electrical Supply
7.1. Where electrical power is provided by the customer, it must be suitable, safe and appropriately protected.
7.2. Extension leads and electrical equipment must be suitable for outdoor use where applicable and must not create a trip hazard.
7.3. All Inflated may refuse to connect equipment to an electrical supply that appears unsafe or unsuitable.
8. Overnight & Multi-Day Hire
8.1. For overnight or multi-day bookings, the customer remains responsible for the equipment for the entire agreed hire period.
8.2. The equipment must remain secure when not in use.
8.3. Inflatable equipment must be deflated when weather conditions require it or when instructed by All Inflated.
8.4. Where an inflatable is left inflated overnight, the customer is responsible for ensuring that it is monitored and used only in accordance with the instructions provided.
9. Health & Safety
9.1. The customer must notify All Inflated of any relevant restrictions or circumstances that may affect the safe use of the equipment.
9.2. The inflatable must not be used by anyone who appears intoxicated, unwell or otherwise unable to use the equipment safely.
9.3. In the event of an emergency, the inflatable must be evacuated immediately.
9.4. If the blower stops operating, users must leave the inflatable immediately and the customer should contact All Inflated.
10. Liability
10.1. All Inflated takes reasonable steps to ensure that equipment is supplied, installed and operated safely.
10.2. Customers are responsible for following all safety instructions and ensuring appropriate supervision.
10.3. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful.
11. Equipment Availability
11.1. All Inflated reserves the right to substitute equipment with another inflatable of a similar type, size or value where circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent the originally booked equipment from being supplied.
11.2. If a suitable alternative cannot be provided, All Inflated will discuss the available options with the customer.
12. Delivery Area & Access
12.1. Delivery is subject to suitable vehicle access and a safe route to the installation area.
12.2. The customer is responsible for obtaining any required permission for access to private land, communal areas or venues.
12.3. Additional delivery, access or waiting charges may apply where previously undisclosed circumstances significantly increase the time or cost of the booking.
13. Photos & Marketing
13.1. All Inflated may take photographs of its equipment during or after hire for quality control, marketing or social media purposes.
13.2. We will not knowingly publish identifiable images of children without appropriate permission.
14. Agreement
14.1. By making payment for a booking, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
14.2. These Terms & Conditions apply to all inflatable hire bookings unless otherwise agreed in writing by All Inflated.
14.3. All Inflated reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
